My name is Judy Colley and I have been using RentaCar, Ireland for at least 6 years and I must tell you it has been a pleasure dealing with Lurana Pierson. She is so professional in her work, but she makes me feel like I am a friend instead of a customer.
My family pretty much consider me an air head and it is probably true , as you will no doubt understand why when I tell you the next couple stories. One year I did not take the same credit card that I charged the car rental on and this was a major problem for me, but not for Lurana. She got everything squared away and I was in my rental and on my way probably in less than one hour. Another year I got my dates mixed up and was a day late to pick up the car. I just looked at the plane ticket and did not quite realize the date would jump to the next by the time we arrived in Dublin. Again, Lurana saved the day. "She is just like Wonder Woman" ( I guess I just dated myself on that one)
When I first started renting from you I would rent a car. I found that the passengers in the back seat could not see the country as well as front seat people, so I started renting mini vans. Next I discovered that it was much easier driving an automatic than stick shift. So now when I call Rentacar, Ireland, Lurana knows exactly what I need to rent.
Needless to say, my experiences with RentaCar,Ireland have been wonderful. Your prices are much better than other Ireland rent a car dealers. So thank you, thank you, and I will continue to rent as long as I am allowed to drive.
