All rates displayed below are shown inclusive of Taxes.

Products:
Basic Product includes rental charges, third party insurance, unlimited mileage, breakdown service and taxes. Due to the increasing administration in servicing this product there will be a €25 fee payable at the desk.

Inclusive Product includes rental charges, third party insurance, collision & theft insurance, unlimited mileage, breakdown service and taxes.

Products do not include a location service charge of €26 which is payable at the desk.

Location opening hours:
All Airport locations are open to meet all scheduled flights. Dublin Downtown opens from 8:30 am thru 5:30 pm Monday to Friday and from 9:00 am thru 4:30 pm Saturday & Sunday .Wexford Downtown opens from 09:00 am thru to 05:30 pm Monday to Saturday.

Drivers License: All Drivers must hold and produce at time of rental a Full and Current National drivers license valid for at least two years.

Drivers: Must be between the ages of 25 years and 75 years to rent a car. Drivers from 25 years to 29 years are restricted to the following groups – A,B,C,E & F.

Additional drivers: Charged at € 9.50 per day.

Credit Card: On arrival, you will be asked to present your credit card, please take the same credit card that you used to pre-pay for your rental. Based on the insurances you take Hertz will ask for a security deposit (up to €2000 on the basic package), this is accomplished with a credit card authorization held until the vehicle is returned.

Grace period: Clients are allowed 29 minutes from time of pick up.

Cross Border Driving: RentaCar Ireland operates in both the North and South of Ireland so there is No extra fee for Cross border driving.

One way Rentals: Are free of charge between Dublin, Cork & Shannon Airports.
A one-way rental fee to any other location in Southern Ireland will incur the following fees:

- For rentals of 1 to 4 days the fee is €70. Rentals 5 days and over the fee is €25
- For Rentals commencing in Southern Ireland & returning to Northern Ireland the fee is €160 and vice versa.

Excess Amounts: On the basic rate your liability is the Full Value of the vehicle, if you choose our inclusive rate your liability is reduced to € 1,200, and up to € 1,900 based on vehicle size. If you so wish, this liability can be reduced to Zero by purchasing “Super Cover” from as little as € 10 per day, available to purchase at time of rental.

Super Cover: is available on inclusive rates only and is an optional service to reduce any damage deductible to Zero*. The fee for this is from € 10 and up to € 16 per day. Clients must be 30 yrs or over to avail of this additional cover.

*Please note no insurance will cover you for damage to Tires, loss of Keys or contamination of fuel.

Baby Seats: Are available to Pre-book for a fee of € 40 payable at the desk on arrival. Booster Seats are available for a fee of € 15 payable at the desk on arrival.

GPS units: Using satellite Navigation makes driving in Ireland so much easier, portable units are available to pre-book for a fee of €13.62 per day and €68.10 per week, again this is payable at the rental desk on arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your reservation for any reason, you must telephone RentaCar Ireland on 213 233 9414 and be ready to quote the information contained on the front of your Reservation Confirmation. Cancellation is not valid by any other method. There is no charge for cancellation.

Early Return: Please note that we are unable to give a refund for any unused portion of the rental.
