Basic includes the Rental charges, Third Party Insurance, Unlimited Mileage and Tax. It is generally taken when you have other means to cover the rental car such as Auto Rental Cover on your Credit Card ? We strongly advise that you confirm coverage in Ireland and the limitations (i.e. Maximum cover, will any claim affect my personal cover).
Fully Inclusive includes the all of the above plus Collision (CDW) and Theft insurance (TP) which limits you liability on the Rental Car to the excess amount relevant the Car class driven (see terms and conditions for excess amounts)

You will be liable for the excess amount to the relevant car rented and any additional products you purchase at the rental counter, such as GPS units, Child seats, Extra drivers etc. ?
